I am so so happy this morning to report that I have passed my mini milestone of losing 3kg, and have lost 4.2kg since start week!
Weighed in at 79.8kg...that's a loss of 1.6kg whilst on holidays!!!
I am so close to my goal of 75 now and I know that I will be there by Europe at the end of July
Have also lost 14cm in total :D
That's absolutely sensational. In the 70's, you go!!!!! You will definitely be 75 by the end of July. Well done.
